Practical QirimWa documentation for merchant onboarding, WABA commerce setup, order operations, and billing.

These guides follow the actual product workflow: create a workspace, connect WhatsApp Business, publish the menu, receive orders, process payment, and operate the outlet dashboard.

1. Create workspace

Register a tenant owner account first. Merchant profile, outlet defaults, and commerce data are layered on top of the existing tenant model.

2. Connect WhatsApp

Use Embedded Signup from the WhatsApp setup screen. QirimWa syncs WABA, phone number, and business profile data, then maps the connected number into the merchant commerce channel.

3. Turn on commerce

Add categories, products, variants, and modifiers, then activate order flow, fulfillment rules, and payment integration so orders can run end-to-end in WhatsApp.

What becomes available as the workspace matures

Starter

Dashboard, basic workspace visibility, billing, and audit access. This stage is suitable for evaluating the platform structure before live commerce rollout.

Paid plans

Growth and above unlock official WhatsApp onboarding, catalog operations, order management, payment flow, message logs, and richer team workflows. AI remains an optional add-on assistant.
